Rajatel sells a range of home, leisure, and vehicle accessories across the following categories: Flooring, Seat Covers, Car Accessories, Pet Car Accessories, Car Mats & Boot Liners, and Campervan Accessories — including popular items such as campervan rock & roll beds, aluminium foil tape, tinted campervan windows, and campervan fridges.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at our sole discretion.

  1. Payments
  • We accept payment by credit and debit card.
  • Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.
  • All prices are shown and charged in Great British Pounds (£).
  1. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of payment being received (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders are sent using Evri’s 48-hour tracked service.

If you’re not home when delivery is attempted, your item will be left in a safe place.

We do our best to meet these timeframes, but we’re not responsible for delays outside our control, such as issues on the courier’s end.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Returning an item

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll exchange or refund any unused item, provided it’s returned to us:

  • In a saleable condition
  • In its original, undamaged packaging
  • Along with your receipt or invoice

If an item isn’t returned in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Please send returns to the address shown above. You’re responsible for the cost and safe return of the item to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our returns team will inspect it, and your refund will be processed within 48 hours of the goods reaching us.

Failure to take reasonable care

If an item is returned to us damaged or used due to negligence, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and send the goods back to you at your own cost.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
